Outside Links

Links may lead to Sheriff and corrections sites, release records, government portals, legal resources, and third-party search providers. A link does not amount to endorsement. This site does not control outside content, privacy practices, availability, or data handling. Review the destination's terms before using it.

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. In particular, no promise is made about:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current status
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Freedom from errors, defects, or security weaknesses
  • The scope or quality of a partner's search results

Custody status and public records change often. Nothing here is an official statement from the Grand County Sheriff, UDC, a court, or any government office.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent Utah law permits, the site and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside tool.
